When provoked by ignorance on message boards, etc. I always use that inspired energy to write a productive piece or do productive work rather than trying to engage in unproductive dialogues.

I always ignore email and nasty comments from detractors, no matter how much "fun" I think it would be to reply. Instead I use that time to email one of my members or fans who supports & encourages me, or would just plain like to get an email from me.
