While You're Waiting . . .
WHILE YOU'RE WAITING . . . We just got home a couple of hours ago from our trip to be in Dacia's porno, so while we're catching up and connecting, here's some info about the movie: *Dacia's Porno Directing 101Tucker and I are having a hard time getting back to normal here at home since we can't find the power supply for our bedroom cam. We have been looking high and low, and are fairly certain we lost it BEFORE we got to New York, rather than WHILE we were there (since it wasn't with us the first time we looked for it). This is the kind of nuisance timewaster richness would solve: we would just spring for the $50 to get a replacement and the extra dough to have it overnighted (since a model-specific ac adaptor is not the kind of thing you can buy alone off the shelf). Instead we are wasting time and energy searching for a piece of equipment necessary to make our most-important spycam (the only one with nightvision) function. And I am wasting time making a stupid blog entry about it. Anyway, the long and the short of it is that our bedroom/ballroom cam is going to be scatty or sub-par until we find or replace the power cord. We have about an hour of battery juice we'll be using up quickly . . .

hello trixie :) Came across your blog while surfing...I think the sex work question is one which the women's movement has had a tricky relationship with for a long time, not least because so much of sex work, at least from where I come from, is forced, explotative and violent.
Which is why I find people who are able to claim it as labour, and meaningful, empowering, creative work really valuable.
I just had a small question, and of course you dont have to answer if you are not comfortable doing so :)
It was regarding the spycams in your home. Dont you sometimes feel your privacy invaded and that you're life is on 24/7 display which might really not want. I mean does it not get tiresome to have every moment - banal, intimate,broing,passioante - on display for so many people, and don't you sometime just want to switch off...just as people go home from work, and leave work behind. This seems really tough!
